Pet Policy

Pet Fees:

• $450 One-Time Fee for 1 pet
• $700 One-Time Fee for 2 pets *
• $25 Monthly Pet Rent

* No more than 2 animals are allowed per apartment.

Aquariums:

Aquariums are allowed (20-gallon maximum) on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.

Restricted Animals/Breeds:

The following animals and breeds are not allowed * (included but not limited to):

• Dog breeds:
  • Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chowchow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bulldog
  • Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds

• Exotic or Poisonous Animals:
  • Tarantulas, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Racoons, Squirrels, Piranhas, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws)

* Service/Companion animals may not be subject to these lists.
